Physical Therapist
• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Ohio
• Values one-on-one, relationship-based care
• Interest in pelvic floor therapy, myofascial release, or chronic pain
• Compassionate, curious, and eager to grow
Pelvic floor experience is a plus, but not required.

Client Care Coordinator
We are looking for a client care coordinator who values connection, organization, and creating a seamless patient experience from first contact to discharge.
This is not just a front desk role — this is the heart of the patient experience.
About the Role
The Client Care Coordinator ensures that every client interaction feels warm, professional, and organized.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with empathy and clarity
- Scheduling new evaluations and follow-up visits
- Managing intake forms and onboarding communication
- Supporting therapists with light administrative tasks
- Maintaining organization of schedules and documentation systems
- Assisting with internal task management and workflow systems
- Creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere in the clinic
Who We’re Looking For
The right person:
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Communicates clearly and kindly
- Is proactive and takes ownership
- Is comfortable learning new systems (EMR, scheduling platforms, Google Drive)
- Can manage multiple tasks without feeling overwhelmed
- Values discretion and professionalism
- Thrives in a calm but structured environment
Bonus (not required):
- Healthcare or wellness office experience
- Familiarity with cash-based practices
- Comfort with social media or light marketing tasks
